Dear valued guest,
Please read this information carefully, as payment of a deposit represents your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

Registration and Payment (Payment terms may be diffrent for private yacht charter and groups)
A deposit of 25% of the CTCTurkey package rate confirms your reservation. Payment must reach our account within a week after the reservation.

The balance of your invoice is due 65 days prior to the tour date. If you make your reservation after the final payment date, payment in full will be required upon reservation.

Payment for services may be made by check (payable to CTC and mailed to our USA office) or by wire transfer to our bank in Turkey (details will be provided) or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). If credit card payment is selected, it may be processed in Turkey.

Pricing
Scheduled tour prices quoted are guaranteed, and include accommodations based on double occupancy; domestic flights in Turkey (unless that it is also purchased by the client in combination with international tickets) , rail and motor coach transportation, meals, sightseeing and transfers as described; hotel taxes; entrance fees for included sightseeing; the services of a CTCTurkey Tour Director; luggage handling for one bag per person and all gratuities as described below. Custom Tour prices include all features and services as outlined in your final personalized quotation.

Single Travelers
We welcome single travelers and offer a limited number of single accommodations on each tour. Because hotel and yacht rates are priced by the room or cabin, the cost for accommodations occupied by one person is higher than that shared by two people, but we will do everything possible to keep single supplements at a reasonable cost. Please note that single rooms in many Turkish hotels may be smaller than those to which you are accustomed.

Triple Room Discounts / Children
Triple room accommodations are available on a limited basis at a reduced price of 10% - 20% the off hotel portion of the program fee for the third person. Triple rooms usually consist of a twin-bedded room with an additional cot or folding bed for the third person. Triple rooms may not be comfortable for three adults.

Passports & Visas
Passports & visas and payment for each are the responsibility of each client. You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit. Visas are required for US citizens travelling in Turkey but are not arranged in advance. Visas must be purchased upon arrival at the first Turkish airport upon the presentation of your valid US passport and a fee. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.

Gratuities
Tour prices include gratuities for dining room servers at included meals, airport and hotel porters on our tours when accompanied by a Danytur representative or guide.

Gratuities are not included on “on your own” transfers or extensions. Please note that gratuities for tour guide(s), the driver(s) and yacht crew are not included. These tips are optional and should be extended on a voluntary basis

Not Included in Your Tour Price
Airfare to Turkey, costs of passports and visas, personal expenses such as beverages, laundry, room service and meals not specified, excess baggage fees, communication charges, airport, port, and departure taxes, gratuities to Danytur tour guide(s), driver(s) and yacht crew which is at your discretion, optional sightseeing or shore excursions, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you protect yourself and your investment in case you have to cancel or interrupt your vacation.

Pre-departure
After reserving your tour, you will receive pre-departure information that includes a detailed itinerary, map and similar documents, visa requirements, and reading list etc. two to three weeks before departure.

Final Travel Documents
Final travel documents, including final travel and hotel itineraries and tickets are mailed approximately 30 days prior to departure. Vouchers may be issued for some documents with tickets delivered to you upon arrival in destination.

Refunds & Cancellations (Cancellation terms may be diffrent for private yacht charter and groups)
If you must cancel your trip, the effective date of cancellation will be upon our receipt of your notification. If you need to cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, the cancellation fees will be as follows:

Please note that we will not refund the cost of any unused portion of your tour package.

It is strongly advised to purchase a Travel Insurance which covers cancellation penalties in case you need to cancel due to of illness or for other unexpected reasons. If for any reason CTCTurkey cancels your tour, you will receive a complete refund of all payments you have made to us.

Travel Insurance/Travel Protection Plan
We strongly recommend that you obtain a comprehensive travel protection plan. This plan covers trip cancellation or interruption, medical expense / emergency assistance, lost baggage / travel documents, and trip delay. Please visit "Travel Ex" via the link provided on our website to obtain this coverage. Note that insurance must be purchased within 21 days of initial deposit in order to cover pre-existing medical conditions.

Changes to Your Reservation
We will not charge you for any changes made to your reservation outside of 65 days before departure.

Within 65 days, if you make any changes to your tour date, or optional pre or post-tour extension, a $ 50.00 per person administrative fee will apply, in addition to any fees or penalties imposed by third parties. Please note that changes are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. If you change the date of your tour, and subsequently cancel, cancellation penalties will be based upon your original tour departure date. Similarly, if you change your reservation from double occupancy to single occupancy , you will be charged the single supplement.

Smoking
For the convenience of the majority of our travelers, CTCTurkey has a No Smoking policy on all tour buses. We will arrange sufficient rest stops so those who wish to smoke may do so.

Travelers Needing Special Assistance
The pace of our tours varies, but in general they require participants to be in good physical health. CTCTurkey will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. At the time you book your tour, please inform us of any physical disabilities or limitations you may have so that we can help you determine the appropriateness of the tour. If such limitations cause you to require more than minor support, we ask that you plan to travel with a companion who will be responsible for providing that support.

General Disclaimer
In all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and services provided incidental thereto, entertainment, and transportation by air, railroad, motor bus, automobile, or steamship, CTC, LLP. and its subsidiaries act only in the capacity of an agent for the airlines, hotels, and other suppliers stated in the tour literature describing the services purchased. Because of its status as an agent, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these travel suppliers, CTC, LLP, and its subsidiaries assume no responsibility for an cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of any of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the supervision and control, direct or otherwise, of CTC. CTC reserves the right to change or cancel any aspect of a program at any time without notice. CTC reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour without notice. CTC cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control, such as (without limitation) acts of God, war (whether declared or undeclared), terrorist activities, strikes or government restrictions; nor, in the absence of its own negligence, for personal injury, property damage, or loss of earnings, from any event whatsoever caused by persons not controlled by CTC, such as (without limitation) airlines, cruise lines, railways, bus companies and hotels and their agents and employees. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our publications, we cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors.

CTCTurkey reserves the right to correct errors in program pricing. We reserve the right to cancel an advertised tour, decline to accept a reservation or remove a person from a tour if it is determined by our Tour Guide to be in the best interests of the health, safety and general well - being of the other travelers. We will make every effort to operate our tours as planned, but we reserve the right to make itinerary changes if necessary.

If unforeseen circumstances require us to change a hotel we will select alternative accommodations of the same or better quality. Yacht charter itineraries may change due to factors such as government regulations, water levels or weather conditions. The foregoing terms and conditions and all aspects of the relationship between CTCTurkey and the customer shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
